With experience serving buyers, sellers, investors, relocation clients, and real estate professionals, Rita takes a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. Her focus goes beyond simply completing transactions. Rita has developed Simons Realty with a strong emphasis on relocation, residential sales, investment real estate, commercial leasing, agent development, and referral-based business. The brokerage serves clients throughout South Carolina, including the Upstate, Midlands, Lowcountry, and coastal markets.

As a Broker-in-Charge, Rita is equally passionate about helping agents grow. She provides one-on-one training, contract and negotiation guidance, marketing support, lead-generation strategies, relocation opportunities, branding assistance, and direct broker access.
